How do our prebooks work? 

• Prebooks are open for a limited time (end on Mondays, end of day, EST). 
• Use code PREBOOK to pay 50% now. You will be invoiced when the Items arrive to us before we ship them to you
• Prebook turn-times (delivery to our warehouse) vary based upon complexity of item and time of year. Products are anticipated to not take more than 90 days, and anticipated delivery times are listed for each product at time of purchase. 
• Please do not order PREBOOK items and IN STOCK items together
• Placing PREBOOK orders is a commitment to buy, please ensure you are only ordering if you intend to pay for the items, once they arrive to us. PREBOOK items are ordered based on what is ordered during the PREBOOK window. 
• If you do not pay your invoice for any PREBOOK styles in full within 7 days of first being invoiced, we will restrict access to our website until the invoice is paid. 
• If a PREBOOK is paid upfront, and you request to cancel, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. ( We still have to pay for your items even if you decide to cancel!)
• If your address changes between when the PREBOOK order is placed and when the PREBOOK items arrives to us, please email us so we can update the mailing address.
